These Terms and Conditions govern the booking and use of the transport services offered through BCN Moves, operated by BCN Moves and Travels S.L. By making a reservation through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Service

BCN Moves provides private passenger transport services with professional drivers in Barcelona and surrounding areas.

Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Airport transfers

  • Hotel transfers

  • Cruise port transfers

  • City-to-city journeys

  • Corporate transportation

  • Private transport services

All services are subject to vehicle and driver availability.

3. Booking

Reservations must be made through the booking form available on our website.

A booking request does not constitute confirmation of the service. A reservation will only be considered confirmed once BCN Moves has accepted the request and sent the corresponding confirmation to the customer.

BCN Moves reserves the right to refuse any booking request due to lack of availability or any other justified operational reason.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during the booking process is accurate, including:

  • Passenger details

  • Pick-up address

  • Destination

  • Date and time

  • Flight information (when applicable)

  • Contact details

BCN Moves shall not be responsible for any additional costs or service disruptions resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on our website are expressed in Euros (€).

Transfer prices are calculated according to the requested route, distance and service requirements.

BCN Moves reserves the right to modify prices at any time before a reservation is confirmed.

Once the booking has been confirmed, the agreed price shall remain valid unless the customer requests modifications to the service.

Additional services not included in the original reservation may generate extra charges.

5. Payment

Airport transfer bookings must be paid online during the reservation process.

For other transport services, payment may be made directly to the driver unless otherwise indicated during the booking process.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit and debit cards

  • Stripe

  • Redsys

  • Bizum

Failure to complete payment when required may result in cancellation of the booking.

6. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide complete and accurate booking information.

  • Arrive at the agreed collection point on time.

  • Respect the driver and vehicle at all times.

  • Comply with all applicable laws during the journey.

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that the number of passengers and luggage corresponds to the vehicle booked.

BCN Moves reserves the right to refuse transport where passenger safety may be compromised.

7. Changes and Cancellations

Requests to modify or cancel a reservation should be submitted as soon as possible.

BCN Moves will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requested changes, although these cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to availability.

Where cancellation fees apply, customers will be informed before processing the cancellation.

8. Delays

Customers are responsible for arriving at the agreed pick-up location at the scheduled time.

Where flight details have been provided, BCN Moves may take flight arrival times into consideration when organising the service.

However, BCN Moves shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Traffic congestion

  • Road closures

  • Accidents

  • Weather conditions

  • Public demonstrations

  • Strikes

  • Police controls

  • Force majeure events

9. Luggage

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that the selected vehicle is suitable for the amount of luggage to be transported.

Oversized or special luggage should be declared during the booking process.

BCN Moves reserves the right to refuse transport of undeclared items where vehicle capacity does not permit safe transportation.

Customers are responsible for checking that they have collected all personal belongings before leaving the vehicle.

BCN Moves accepts no responsibility for lost or forgotten items.

10. Child Seats

Child seats or booster seats may be requested during the booking process.

Availability cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed by BCN Moves.

The customer remains responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable child safety regulations.

11. Limitation of Liability

BCN Moves shall not be liable for:

  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.

  • Losses resulting from incorrect booking information supplied by the customer.

  • Missed flights, trains, ferries or appointments due to exceptional traffic conditions or force majeure.

  • Personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Spanish law.

We recommend that complaints be submitted as soon as possible after completion of the service so that they can be investigated appropriately.

13. Privacy

Any personal information collected during the booking process will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Customer information will only be used for the management and provision of the contracted transport service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Spain.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the competent Spanish courts in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

15. Acceptance of the Terms

By completing a reservation through the BCN Moves website, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
